A dual weight stack allows for smaller, more incremental adjustments, producing a more precise, even progression as you accelerate your strength training.

Smith Machine

A Smith machine allows you to truly push yourself to the limit while feeling safe and secure, without the need for a spotter. The fitted guide rails keep the bar vertical and linear for smooth and even movements, with multiple hooking points.

A Versatile Bench

Complete a variety of workouts on the GBN-006 ranging from bench press, bicep curl and shoulder press. The GBN-006 is compatible with squat racks, power cages and smith machines.

90kg Bars Set

Our Cast Iron Plates are made with high quality durable materials to endure the toughest of your workouts. The cast iron plates are constructed to be rust and chip free, ensuring your weights will last a lifetime.

Tri-Grip

The Tri-Grip design allows you to maintain a comfortable grip and makes loading and unloading your weights super easy.

Dumbbell Handles

These dumbbell handles are ideal for strength training, feature a rubber grip handle, spiral lock collars (Star shaped) and a strong chrome finish for durability.

180cm Barbell

Chrome plating and a steel core to last a lifetime. Knurl gripping and comes with two spiral collars.

Squat Rack

Load up for all your barbell exercises, with adjustable J-Hooks and reliable safety bars to catch the barbell if you run out of energy. The GRK200 is suitable for Olympic or Standard barbell and has handy barbell holders for storage.

Height Adjustable Pulleys

The GRK200 features horizontal pivoting pulleys for unlimited upper and lower body workout options. The heavy-duty cables are rated to 2000lb of tensile strength and can bear a load of 100kg per side.

Barbell & Weight Storage

Keep your fitness space clean and organised with dedicated storage for your weight plates and barbell. Storage pegs are located conveniently on the power rack, while the barbell holder is suitable for both Olympic and Standard bars.

Attachments Included

Alternate between compatible attachments and add variety to your workout. The GRK200 comes with multiple attachments included, such as Vertical Leg Press Plate, Pulldown Bar, Straight Bar, Landmine Handle and more.
