A Smith machine allows you to truly push yourself to the limit while feeling safe and secure, without the need for a spotter. The fitted guide rails keep the bar vertical and linear for smooth and even movements, with multiple hooking points.
Load up for all your barbell exercises, with adjustable J-Hooks and reliable safety bars to catch the barbell if you run out of energy. The GRK200 is suitable for Olympic or Standard barbell and has handy barbell holders for storage.
The GRK200 features horizontal pivoting pulleys for unlimited upper and lower body workout options. The heavy-duty cables are rated to 2000lb of tensile strength and can bear a load of 100kg per side.
Keep your fitness space clean and organised with dedicated storage for your weight plates and barbell. Storage pegs are located conveniently on the power rack, while the barbell holder is suitable for both Olympic and Standard bars.
Alternate between compatible attachments and add variety to your workout. The GRK200 comes with multiple attachments included, such as Vertical Leg Press Plate, Pulldown Bar, Straight Bar, Landmine Handle and more.
